2. Solar Savings Estimates
Any financial estimates, ROI calculations, or payback periods provided on this website (including via the Solar Calculator or AI Advisor) are for indicative purposes only. Actual performance depends on:
- Your roof orientation, pitch, and shading.
- Your specific energy usage patterns.
- Future energy price fluctuations.
- Weather conditions.
A formal, MCS-compliant performance estimate will be provided after a full technical survey.
3. Intellectual Property
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
Complaints Procedure
We adhere to the RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code) and HIES (Home Insulation & Energy Systems) consumer codes. We strive for excellence, but if you are unhappy with our service, please follow the steps below:
Stage 1: Contact Us
Please contact our office manager at hello@yeers.co.uk or call 01482 765 095. We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 10 working days.
Stage 2: Senior Review
If you are not satisfied with the initial response, your complaint will be escalated to a Director, who will provide a final written response within 14 days.
Stage 3: Alternative Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve the dispute, as members of HIES, you have access to their alternative dispute resolution service. You can contact HIES directly at www.hiesscheme.org.uk.
